[E-trademarks] TESS Beta - Link To New Trademark Design Search Code Manual Still Fails

In the TESS Beta online help, the design search code manual<https://dscm.uspto.gov/> link goes to https://dscm.uspto.gov/ that provides 3 lines of text:

{
  "response":"blocked"
}

It has been like that since Saturday.

Is that really the new Design Search Code Manual? While that simplifies searching for design codes, it looks more like a error message to me.

I get the same "response blocked" across multiple browsers.

The link in TESS Beta to the new DSCM has changed since Thursday.

From the Help for DC search field:

DC      Design code

  * Contains the six-digit design codes assigned to the mark
  * Can be searched with or without the periods, for example, DC:030111 and DC:03.01.11 will retrieve marks with the 03.01.11 design code, which is for foxes
  * You can also include information in quotations, for example, DC:(030111 “foxes”), to annotate your search history
  * To see all design search codes, see the design search code manual<https://dscm.uspto.gov/>

except the design search code manual<https://dscm.uspto.gov/> link goes to https://dscm.uspto.gov/ that provides 3 lines of text:

{
  "response":"blocked"
}

I get the same 3 lines from the other DSCM link in the online help at ...

Examples for common searches

You can do complex searches using field tags, wildcards, and logical operators. You can also use "regular expressions" to find phonetic equivalents and alternate spelling in a single search. For most advance users, we recommend searching in “expert mode,” which allows you to combine searches using logical operators.

...
Design code
DC:030111, or DC:03.01.11 (see the design search code manual <https://dscm.uspto.gov/> to find a design search code)

Just me? I tried with both Chrome and Edge, were Edge provided line numbers for the same 3 lines of text.

The TESS Beta Announcements page indicates another release occurred today (highlighting mine).

Nov 2, 2023 Release

This release has the following changes:

  * Added an explanation in the basic help tab of how search relevance is determined.
  * Switched to the new Trademark Design Search Code Manual.
  * Fixed a bug where some single-word queries with brackets returned an error.
  * Fixed a bug where the correct owner was not displayed for some searches.

I'm guessing that the new Trademark Design Search Code Manual uses the same search engine as TESS Beta (versus the current DSCM that uses the same search engine as the soon-to-be-retired current TESS), except I cannot tell for sure since the link ...

Additional drop-down options

  * Design code Design codes are numerical codes assigned to specific types of designs or images. See the design search code manual <https://dscm-prod-blue.tm-pea.aws.uspto.gov/> to look up codes, or learn more about design search codes.<https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/search/design-search-codes>
  * Design description Search for trademarks that use a type of design, such as a star or an elephant.
