[E-trademarks] Notification of Notice of Publication

Today I received a Notification of Notice of Publication for a pending trademark application.  As I have done countless times over my decades of practice, I clicked on the link in the email notice to obtain the documents from TSDR. No associated documents in TSDR. Sad face. ☹

Is EVERYTHING broken at the USPTO? Could they possibly stop doing their stupid community outreach programs and trying to implement tools that we don’t need or want and maybe just get their basic operations running smoothly?
