[E-trademarks] Yelp, FB, Instagram Takedown Issues

Client has a registered trademark for restaurant services. The mark is 
WORD + OTHER WORD.

Someone else put up social pages for another restaurant (which happens 
to be opening one county over). Same cuisine. Name is WORD & OTHER WORD. 
Essentially identical.

As I've done many times before, I filled out the trademark takedown 
forms for Yelp, Instagram, and Facebook. I thought this would be a 
no-brainer. To my surprise, all 3 sites quickly responded and refused to 
take down the offending pages. IG said, for example, "Based on the 
information you provided, it is not clear to us that the content you’ve 
reported infringes your trademark rights, and we are unable to act on 
your report at this time."

Has anyone noticed that these sites becoming less likely to comply with 
trademark takedown notices lately? Is there "one special trick the 
social media sites don't want you to know" that I should know about to 
get these pages taken down?
