[E-trademarks] Beta search - live-dead grayed out

Has anyone else encountered the problem that after modifying a search 
the live/dead checkboxes are grayed out? It might be that only one set 
(dead or live) is grayed out, or both are, but you can't select them to 
filter no matter what their color. It makes the search fairly unusable 
if you can't remove the dead marks.

Ok, it looks like you can do "reset" and it makes the filters available 
again without losing your search. Feature or bug?
