[E-trademarks] Beta search - live-dead grayed out

I wasn't using LD, but why would CM matter? The boxes are there, and show
there are records in that category, they just aren't clickable.

And resetting the filter doesn't do anything; I reset it, and selected only
live marks, and it still showed me all of them, dead too.
