[E-trademarks] appeal of TTAB case by new civil action

We may have one of these coming for an opposition we did not handle below.  As they are unusual, I would like to chat with anyone who has done one of these esp. since they moved to the E.D. Va.

(I'm familiar with the Court in general, of course, and am admitted there.)
