[E-trademarks] New Search System: Cannot Reliably Combine Search Results

Among the other bugs, an attempt to combine search results 7 and 9 using this per the "help" screen:

7 AND 9

only prompts one that a field code is missing.

MAJOR bug if we cannot combine sets.
