Hello Listmates,
We have an application in which the Notice of Acceptance of Statement of Use was issued on February 15; however, the certificate of registration has not yet issued. In our experience, the certificate of registration is usually issued about a month or so after the Notice of Acceptance of Statement of Use, so it seems as if this application is stuck in limbo.
The most recent entry in the Prosecution History tab of the TSDR page is dated February 16 (one day after the SOU acceptance) with the description: "On Hold - Electronic Record Review Required." We have not previously encountered this particular TSDR entry in an application.
Last week, I sent an email to the examiner asking if this is something that is within his purview to resolve, but have not received a response. Any suggestions on how to remove this application from limbo would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
