[E-trademarks] US SBA Office of Advocacy Small Business Roundtable on USPTO Fee Rules

Hello E-Trademark community,

My name is David Mullis, I am Assistant Chief Counsel for IP at the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy.

As you may know, the USPTO has proposed to change their fee structure for both patent and trademarks. I am holding a small business roundtable on May 2nd 1pm EST to discuss both rules. The first hour will include a brief presentation from USPTO's trademark team about the rule and then allow discussion on the trademark rule. Then at 2pm EST, we'll switch gears to discuss the patent rule (still confirming whether we will have an agency representative to briefly explain the rule). If you are only interested in the trademark rule, please sign on at 1pm and then feel free to jump off at 2pm EST. Similar, jump on at 2pm EST if you are only interested in the patent rules.
