By chance, I did the search PO:20240423 this morning.  Wow!  15,979 trademarks published for opposition today*.  Seemed like an unusually large count, prompting the following searches (comparing the first 17 weeks of year 2023 to year 2024).

Publications for calendar year 2024 have been a bit more chaotic than calendar year 2023.  Why? I have no guesses.

* The search PO:20240423 AND UD:20240423 only retrieves 35 records; that is, only 35 of the trademarks published for opposition today were updated this morning.  Tomorrow's count may differ.  Similarly, today's registrations ...
