[E-trademarks] Senior v. Junior Users

Listmates,
If a junior user is the first to file, I'm aware that the senior user can't stop the junior user from using the mark in the junior's geographic area (and area of expansion).
Can the junior stop the senior from using the mark in the junior's geographic area?
Also, I would appreciate cases in which the junior user extensively advertises or sells on the internet, and which discusses how that affects the analysis of what the junior's geographic area is.
