[E-trademarks] Potential domain sale

Hello list-mates,

Asking on behalf of a good colleague, I'm wondering if any of you have comments or experience to share regarding Lumis and escrow.com.  My colleague has been presented with a purchase and sale agreement by Lumis, a domain purchaser acting for the buyer, and using escrow.com as the escrow agent for the sale.  Potentially a six-figure purchase price.
