[E-trademarks] Fee Petition

We have a case which the court may find exceptional under the Lanham Act, and if so, we would need to file a fee petition.

Does anyone know of experts who can testify to the reasonableness of the work put in on a TM litigation case?

Does anyone have success with making a case exceptional after Octane Fitness?
