[E-trademarks] cannot type in an application number

Looks like the defect I guessed about on January 29 was worse than I
thought it was.
Looks like the designers of Assignment Center failed to consider that
the user might need to enter an application number.
This is the sort of software defect that would have been identified
instantly had the USPTO done even the most rudimentary beta testing.
