[E-trademarks] Resubmissions on Assignment Center

Is anyone else having trouble with resubmissions on Assignment Center?

I get the following error message after inputting the Document ID and Access code: Http failure response for https://assignmentcenter.uspto.gov/ipas/api/assignment/resubmit: 500 OK

I've tried every day for the past week on both Chrome and Edge.
