[E-trademarks] Notices of Publication - Format Change

[Michael Brown]

So I suspect that there may have been an unannounced change in processing
of publications at the USPTO. I received the two "Notification of Notice of
Publication" emails, for applications scheduled to publish today, but no
emailed Notice of Publication. TSDR shows the Notification emails, but
there is no Notice email, and the publication did occur.

Can others confirm this has happened to them?
