[E-trademarks] Notices of Publication - Format Change

I wish I could see that level of consistency.  In the past month sometimes we get the usual Notification of Notice followed by the NOP, sometimes we get two Notifications of Notice and no NOP, sometimes we get just the NOP.  Something is clearly awry with how these notices are being generated and sent.

So I suspect that there may have been an unannounced change in processing of publications at the USPTO. I received the two "Notification of Notice of Publication" emails, for applications scheduled to publish today, but no emailed Notice of Publication. TSDR shows the Notification emails, but there is no Notice email, and the publication did occur.

Can others confirm this has happened to them?

Yesterday, for several matters our office received duplicate emails regarding Notifications of Notice of Publication .  We noticed that the form of the email notices is different and the document descriptions and prosecution history description in TSDR look a little different too for this activity.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Was this a planned change that was announced, and I missed it?  Some screen shot examples below.
