Hello,

The usTLD Dispute Resolution Policy provides that a respondent can show
legitimate interests if they "are the owner or beneficiary of a trade or
service mark that is identical to the domain name."

As the complainant, what do you need to show they don't have a
registration?
1. A statement that you did a search and found nothing or a copy of the
search?
2. Are worldwide search results needed?
3. Nothing, because you know they don't have one?

Thanks!
