[E-trademarks] Trademark registration in China

I'll add that I'm always wary of using the Madrid System for China, given
the short response period for Office Actions and the near-inevitability of
an objection to the ID. Doesn't leave a lot of time to 1) receive the
refusal, 2) find local counsel, 3) report to the client, 4) get client
instructions and any needed documents (*e.g.*, POA), 5) get local counsel
to prepare and file a response, and 6) any additional back-and-forth
(which is typical).
