Hello listserv members.  Our longstanding listserv member Emil Ali is 
giving a webinar next week.  As I understand it, listserv members may 
attend the webinar for free.

The webinar is called “Hot Topics in IP Ethics What Patent and Trademark 
Lawyers Need to Know” presented by Emil Ali, Partner, McCabe & Ali, LLP.

Emil helps protect professionals in investigations and enforcement 
actions, among other matters, and is widely known in the IP ethics realm.

Emil is uniquely positioned to help and inform IP 
practitioners—previously, Mr. Ali worked at the USPTO’s Office of 
Enrollment and Discipline (OED) and assisted in drafting the USPTO Rules 
of Professional Conduct. With this background, IP practitioners will 
likely find Emil's presentation useful to put into practice.
