[E-trademarks] Trademark assignment form in Assignment Center

[Tim Ackermann]

Resurrecting this old thread on TM Ass. Center requiring the person
recording documents to provide an email address for each receiving party.
Any updates / information on this? I have a set of these to record, and I
do not represent (all of) those receiving parties. Nor do I have an email
address for each.
