[E-trademarks] Trademark assignment form in Assignment Center

[Tim Ackermann]

Update: I talked to the Ass. Center helpdesk -- was told "Trademarks made
Assignments" change that "receiving party" email field from optional to
mandatory. Hmm, any legal basis for that, I wonder?
Also was told that the email address is not displayed on the public cover
sheets, and that Assignments will communicate -- as it should -- with the
address provided for the Correspondent.
So it does not appear to matter very much.
