Yes, extremely easy now! You used (like decades ago) almost to have to provide proof that your now-missing assistant was carried away in a flood, chased by fiery dragons, with irreplaceable relevant documents clenched in his hand or similar. No longer the case.

It’s like other petitions to revive, just a checkbox, except that you need to also file the extension request and pay the extension fee that would have been due to avoid abandonment.

Dear List Mates,
How easy is it to revive a 1(b) application for failure to file a statement of use? Is it pretty automatic, or is there something that needs to be shown beyond the statement that abandonment was inadvertent? I don't think that I've never had to do this for someone before.
