[E-trademarks] Failure to Process Request for Extension

Application was deemed abandoned for failure to file SOU or request an
extension.  I filed a petition to revive and requested a six month
extension (and paid fees for both).  The petition was granted.  Apparently,
no action was taken on the requests for extensions.

I tried to file an SOU and received an error message that either (1) no
request for extension had been filed or (2) the extension request had not
been acted upon.

Does anyone have email contact info for the ITU Office to address the
failure to act on the request?  I left a VM.
