[E-trademarks] Failure to Process Request for Extension

I had one last year where the petition to revive was granted the day it was filed, but the accompanying extension request sat there for almost two months before it was granted, preventing me from filing the statement of use.  I reached out to the original examiner—she told me to call the ITU division at 571-272-9550. Never got a response to my voice mail, but the extension request was processed that day.

EXTERNAL EMAIL
Application was deemed abandoned for failure to file SOU or request an extension.  I filed a petition to revive and requested a six month extension (and paid fees for both).  The petition was granted.  Apparently, no action was taken on the requests for extensions.

I tried to file an SOU and received an error message that either (1) no request for extension had been filed or (2) the extension request had not been acted upon.

Does anyone have email contact info for the ITU Office to address the failure to act on the request?  I left a VM.
