[E-trademarks] TTABVUE

Thank you, Luke.  It's still not operational, at least from my desk.  You
would think, with the millions of dollars flowing into the USPTO as well as
talk of increasing fees yet again, that we would have a sense of a well-run
agency.  Alas...
