[E-trademarks] TTABVUE

[Patti Giuliano]

I got excited when I saw TTAB and outage in the same sentence thinking they were working on their forms!  Is it too much to ask that TTAB would eventually fix them?  As of Friday, I still can’t forward for review and signature as they get locked up and no one can access them.  (And before someone from the USPTO responds – the issue is NOT resolved by clearing our cache.)

So frustrating!

You would think, with the millions of dollars flowing into the USPTO as well as talk of increasing fees yet again, that we would have a sense of a well-run agency. Happy Saturday.  I understand that there was a planned outage of TTABVUE early Saturday morning.  As of now (6pm EDT) I cannot access that particular system and there is no update from the USPTO. Is anyone else having a similar issue?
