[E-trademarks] Recommendation for trademark litigation counsel - off list please

Good afternoon!

Client is looking for counsel to potentially handle a federal court infringement suit.  The client is in Massachusetts and the other party is foreign, but apparently residing in the US.   

The client runs a "one woman shop", so she’s looking for someone who would be attentive to costs.
