[E-trademarks] Uploading color file into TEAS

How did you bypass the error message?  I keep hitting continue and getting a message that I must correct this issue and I cannot get past this page.

Is anyone else having trouble uploading a color .jpg image file into TEAS?  I’ve uploaded a color .jpg file, 300 dpi, within the required pixel range (250-944 on both sides), with color being claimed.  TEAS keeps giving the warning “You have listed color(s) in the color mark field, but the TEAS form is detecting a black-and-white drawing. If you have attached a color image, the form is not detecting the color because there may be too much white space surrounding the image and/or the DPI setting may not be correct. You must either attach a proper color drawing, or remove the color claim"



I’ve tried using Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome.  Correcting this error isn’t required by the system and I can continue within the application form, but I’m afraid the image file won’t be submitted correctly and I’ll face an issue with changing the mark (submitting a color file) during prosecution.  Do you recommend I submit anyway?  The image specs are correct so I’m not sure what I can do to fix it… wondering if this is a temporary TEAS quirk.
