I agree with Bob. Moreover, I think TMEP § 901.02 supports your position;
for instance, the example of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment in that
section. The following verbatim from TMEP § 901.02:
*"See* *Automedx Inc. v. Artivent Corp.*, 95 USPQ2d 1976 (TTAB 2010)
(finding sales of demonstration models of portable medical ventilators to
military constituted bona fide use of mark in commerce)"
My interpretation is that your matter is analogous to *Automedx Inc.*
