Thank you to Stacey, Doug and Daniel for their responses; all were very
helpful.

I additionally came across this description (https://www.icann.org/urs-en)
at ICANN of the Uniform Rapid Suspension process. "a rights protection
mechanism that complements the existing Uniform Domain-Name Dispute
Resolution Policy (UDRP) by offering a lower-cost, faster path to relief
for rights holders experiencing the most clear-cut cases of infringement."

I'd not previously come across this procedure, and wonder if anyone has
tried it. The fees are low ($375 at NAF,
https://www.adrforum.com/domain-dispute/urs ) and the rules call for a
decision within 2 business days.

Anyone ever gone that route?
