[E-trademarks] PTO glitching out on publication notices?

I got both a “Notification of Notice of Publication” and “Notice of Publication” for the same mark simultaneously today,͏‌͏

I got both a  “Notification of Notice of Publication” and “Notice of Publication” for the same mark simultaneously today, which seems kind of pointless.  My recollection is that while both of these may appear as entries in TSDR (and on the same day), we usually only get one of them.
