[E-trademarks] Yet another ridiculous oversight by the USPTO

On March 5, I filed an trademark assignment for recordation and received a standard email confirmation.
On March 11, I received a Notice of Recordation with the usual attachments. On March 12, I received the same message, with duplicates of the March 11 attachments. Three hours and 50 min. later, I received a non-standard message from the Assignment Center stating:
***
Hello,
You are receiving this email as a USPTO customer who submitted an order in Assignment Center from March 9, 2024 at 2pm est through March 11, 2024 at 330pm est. The Assignment Center system inadvertently sent email messages for your order and courtesy copied an email address which was not part of the order request submitted. The Assignment Center system has resent the messages making the correction to remove the courtesy copy recipient. The Assignment Center system maintenance has been performed to resolve this issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
***
So I went back and checked the headers on the messages received, but I saw only my address. So, either it was a blind courtesy copy to the unintended recipient, or this was a batch message and my particular case was unaffected. Either way, it's harmless because the whole purpose of recordation is public notice. But still...
Certainly it was reckless on the part of the USPTO (if not negligent). The thing that irks me the most is the USPTO's nonchalant way of addressing its errors. Oops, we sent your message regarding legal matters to someone who wasn't supposed to get it. Sorry. Oh, and and we're not going to give you any information about who it was, or how it happened. But thanks for your user fees. Sincerely - the 6th grade class that apparently is in charge of the USPTO's IT.
I'm so sick of this nonsense.
Kind regards,
Diane L. Gardner
