Also, is there anything preventing the USPTO from changing the ID manual to
remove open-ended "fill in the blank" language, *e.g.*, "Software as a
service (SAAS) services featuring software for [fill in the function and
field]"?  I'm not familiar with any obligations associated with the Nice
Agreement.
