[E-trademarks] FW: Proposed trademark fees changes for fiscal year 2025, and translation requirement

I feel like this whole this is ripe for a checklist that a paralegal will
manage --

1) proper name
2) did I search a dictionary
3) did I check standard characters

and on and on - Surely taking more time at the outset, and inevitably
raising legal fees for this extra time - And just when the checklist has
been perfected, and you will have confirmed you did everything at the time
of filing, the Examiner will come up with something else requiring the fee.
