[E-trademarks] New TEAS requirement re name/citizenship of principals?

Hi everyone,

I filed a response in TEAS today and had to make some updates to the foreign applicant's information.  I saw a requirement (shown in the screenshot below) for name and citizenship of GPs, active members, individuals, trustees, or executors for domestic owners.  It appeared for most of the radio buttons, but not corporation or LLC.  I don't remember having seen this before, is this new? In any way related to the new FinCEN BOI requirements?
