I would love to know what the training materials would be for an AI to do this?  The G/S manual is only a starting point, but given the changes in acceptable IDs, the universe of accepted IDs in existing registrations would not be an accurate resource.

Does anyone know about an Identification of Goods/services training class? My paralegals (even ones practicing for 30+ years) are struggling with Class 9/42 language as it comes to drafting as well as POU. The PTO has become so difficult with specimens in these categories of late.
Also- has anyone used AI to help draft ID of g/s language? A presenter mentioned this at an AltLegal CLE event and I would love to know how this is done.
