[E-trademarks] Identification of Goods and Services Help...

Does anyone know about an Identification of Goods/services training class? My paralegals (even ones practicing for 30+ years) are struggling with Class 9/42 language as it comes to drafting as well as POU. The PTO has become so difficult with specimens in these categories of late.
Also- has anyone used AI to help draft ID of g/s language? A presenter mentioned this at an AltLegal CLE event and I would love to know how this is done.
