[E-trademarks] Filing one application in one class, but listing some goods as actual use and some as intent to use

It can be done. Of all the applications and registrations I've ever seen, I've only seen this a few times. There is a way to add a date of first use for particular Goods.
I think the normal course of action would be to file a single application as an itu and then file statement use when possible.
