I have a client who is graphic artist residing in North Carolina.  They believe they have a copyright / work-for-hire dispute with two large NC corporations.  

 

My client is looking for a NC-based litigation firm specializing in trademark and copyright law, enforcement, licensing and work-or-hire agreements.
