[E-trademarks] FW: Notice of potential erroneous release of patent application titles

Umm, what objective indicia of "commitment" is externally observable?
Addicts are fond of saying they're committed to staying sober.  But until
there's a change in underlying behavior, that "commitment" ain't worth much.

"The USPTO sincerely regrets this error and is instituting more testing
controls, both manual and automated testing"

One of my core gripes has been that the quality and testing procedures are
so far below private sector norms.   I look forward to
externally-observable objective indicia of testing, too.
