[E-trademarks] Job Platforms Allowing Scam "Recruiters"

Hi Janice:

We recently managed to get a domain registrar to deactivate such a scammer’s domain name, namely the one they were emailing prospective victims from.  It was similar to our client’s domain.  We made a fraud complaint and it was taken care of quickly.  Of course, that means you have to know what domain they are using.

We’ve admittedly not tried to go after fake postings on job platforms.

Has anyone had recent success with getting a job platform (like FIVERR, UPWORK) removing a poster who is using a client’s trademarks (and copyrighted material) to “recruit” contractors?  (The scam is centered around requiring the Applicant to pay a fee to get work.)
