[E-trademarks] Stationary specimen procedural question

1. Are redactions of sensitive business information allowed on specimens of
use for services?
2. Can stationary specimens created from a Word template, for example, be
submitted in digital form when they are only used in digital format during
the sale/rendering of services, or do they have to first be printed out,
scanned, uploaded, then filed, regardless?
