[E-trademarks] Who should sign the application?

Hi Erica,

If the state law permits managers to appoint officers in the LLC, then the
client may sign as a President of the LLC.

For example, see this article citing Illinois' Limited Liability Company
Act:

If the applicable state law doesn't permit managers to appoint officers in
the LLC, then the member needs to become its manager or appoint an
individual to be the manager.
