[E-trademarks] More USPTO Notice Weirdness

Today we received two Registration Emails and Certificates for cases we
filed SOUs in.  But, we never received a Notice of SOU Acceptance, nor are
any reflected in TSDR.  Was this [doing away of SOU acceptance notices] a
part of the launch of e-certificates that I somehow forgot about?
