[E-trademarks] Entity jurisdiction correction with statement of use?

Allowed ITU awaiting SoU inherited from another firm.

As filed, the application identified the applicant as Acme, LLC, a Connecticut LLC. It actually was and is a Massachusetts LLC. At the time of filing there was no Connecticut entity Acme LLC. Since then, the applicant has registered in CT as a foreign LLC.

The SoU form does not let you edit applicant type or jurisdiction. You can change name and address but not entity type or jurisdiction.

A PTO rep. suggested submitting a request to correct in the “Miscellaneous Statement” field. Anyone have documented success (or failure) with such a strategy or another?
