[E-trademarks] Entity jurisdiction correction with statement of use?

I would approach it as two different submissions, the entity correction
first using the post-NOA amendment form and then the SOU. I don't think
you want to sign the SOU with an incorrect owner listed, because then
you'll risk the validity of the registration.
