[E-trademarks] Common Law Watch Services - (Web/Social/Domain)

Seeking recommendations for common law watch services for web, social
media, and domain. I am currently using markify and the reports are
effectively useless and since they were acquired by Questel, the customer
service is also abysmal. Alternatively, if you are using Markify for these
services, how are you dealing with the following issues?

1) The reports only produce results with literal direct hits, not even
exact same words with hyphenation or spacing. Only the exact same form.
Obviously this is not going to produce infringing handles on social media
(since no two handles can be identical...) so it ends up being a lot of
unrelated hashtag results.

the response I got from support on this issue was essentially "we'll get to
this when we can get to it":

> Our Tech Team will implement changes to Social Monitor so not only
> identical results will be returned. But it's a big project that is not
> currently in the working, but it is planned.


2) Secondly, the majority of the web result captured images show pop-ups or
errors instead of the relevant substance showing the instance of potential
infringement.

the response I got from support on this issue was that this is "expected
and normal":

> Pop-ups on websites can be challenging to manage, as each site has a
> unique structure, especially during web searches that target random and
> newly published websites. This also applies to security blocks, as the
> system cannot anticipate the layout of these sites.
> Currently, our scraper is designed to handle pop-ups and blocks only for
> predefined websites it supports, such as e-commerce platforms. Therefore,
> the behavior you’re experiencing is expected and normal for the system at
> this time.
