[E-trademarks] FW: Try Trademark Center beta

Why?  Because (a) it's relatively easy, just a user interface change, (b)
no one asked for it, so that moves it way up the priority list, and (c) by
optimizing for phone it makes use of a grown-up computer -- the only thing
that matters -- worse.  When you've got that confluence, what's the
surprise?
