I recently had a routine visit to my physician, and afterwards got an
after visit summary; or, as the app calls it, an "After Visit Summary(R)".
Sure enough, Epic Systems, the maker of the app, managed to talk its way
into a registration on the supplemental register for the phrase "After
Visit Summary", to describe an after-visit summary.

I think the circle-R should be limited to use for marks registered on the
Principal Register only; perhaps marks on the Supplemental Register can
be marked with a circle-poop-emoji.
